How do I upgrade my membership?
It’s great that you want to upgrade your membership! We’ve tried to make the process as simple as ever to upgrade. Furthermore, you can change your membership at any time by visiting your member dashboard. Also, you should change your membership before the next billing period since billing is automatic.
How do I cancel my membership?
We hate to see you leave but we understand sometimes you have to cancel your membership. Nonetheless, we’ve tried to make the process as simple as ever to cancel. Are memberships refundable?
No, you can’t receive a refund due to the nature of memberships. However, you can cancel your membership at any time by visiting your member dashboard. Also, you should cancel your membership before the next billing period since billing is automatic.
Does Green Leisure Club have ADA accessible rooms?
Yes, our facilities are ADA accessible and we do have rooms designed for guests with ADA needs. However, if you need help booking those specific rooms you can call us at 253-375-8127 for assistance. Otherwise, use our ADA filter on the website.
What are the food and drink options?
Food is provided at all of our bed and breakfast locations. However, our hotel and resort locations are located near restaurants or have restaurants on sight for meal orders. Our apartment and home rentals on occasion have restaurants near them but you should check the descriptions before booking to be sure.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, some of our locations do have a pool. We recommend checking the accommodations listing for each facility before booking to see if we have your desired resources.
Can I have a package sent there prior to my arrival?
Yes, please use the following address format when sending a package to the place of lodging with your reservation.

Can I store my bags there before I check-in or after I check-out?
Yes, that can be arranged at locations where we have front desk service. The front desk will hold them for you until you’re ready.
Can I smoke in my room?
Yes, you may smoke marijuana in your room. However, all rooms are completely tobacco and cigar smoke-free. If you light up anything other than marijuana inside of the facility we must charge a $250 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes. We recommend going outside to smoke tobacco and making a new friend while out there.
How do I park?
If you’re driving in, each room is provided one complimentary parking spot. If you need additional parking spots, we can charge a nominal fee to your room. Street parking is also available at most of our locations.
Can I bring my pet?
No, our facilities are currently pet/animal-free to prevent potential allergy outbreaks of other guests staying with us.
Can I leave early?
Sure, please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise, you may be subject to early cancellation fees.
How do I modify my reservation?

How do I cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel your reservation we ask that you call us at 253-375-8127 and let us know at least 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid any cancellation charges.
Reservations designated as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
How do I verify my rate and reservation?
We’ll send you an email to confirm all your reservations details including the confirmation number, dates of stay, room type. number of guests and your confirmed rates. We can also provide this information over the phone.
How is my reservation guaranteed?
Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking. We’ll ask you to verify the payment details upon check-in.
Refundable reservations will not be charged until the time of arrival or in the event of a cancellation. For non-refundable reservations, the full booking amount will be charged to your card at the time of booking.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM on your first scheduled day. Check out is before noon of your last scheduled day. If you need to check-in earlier or later then please contact us.
Are we going hiking even though it’s raining and windy?
We do hike in the rain, snow, wind. and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You must call 7-days ahead of your scheduled activity for a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations within 7-days of your activity, or if you decide to not show up.
How much does it cost to do a private tour?
We welcome private tour and retreat requests of all sizes! Also, we are able to do groups as small as 2 and as large as 16. However, we do like to provide a custom experience for each group. Please contact us to get the latest information on your desired trip.
Should I print a receipt to show the tour guide?
We understand you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling. Thus, it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, you need an official government-issued ID that you can show. Also, your ID must match your registered name. You need to also have the Order # that we emailed to you after you made your reservation.
Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?
No, we do not charge extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax. However, you have the option of adding on gear ownership, which is an additional fee to receive brand new gear. Otherwise, you will have to return any gear to Green Leisure Club at the end of your activity.
What do I need to bring?
Not much, remember Green Leisure Club trips are all-inclusive. However, you should bring snacks if you would like additional food above three meals a day. Furthermore, we will stop by our partner dispensaries for you to select your preferred cannabis at no additional cost. Nonetheless, we do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable. However, we recommend you wear a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. Also, it is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration. This will help keep you dry and comfortable.
Do I need to make a reservation or can I just show up?
The short answer? Yes. You need a reservation for any activity. Also, this guarantees your spot during activities. Furthermore, reservations help us determine sleeping arrangements and meal provisions. Also, reservations keep the groups manageable and enjoyable. Most importantly, they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.
Are you going to expand to Canada?
Cannabis in Canada is legal for both recreational and medicinal purposes for those 18 years or older. However, we currently do not plan to expand to Canada right now.
How old do you need to be to participate?
Even though cannabis can be used as a naturally occurring herb and medicine, we follow state and federal law. In order to participate in CBD and Hemp related activities, shopping, and lodging you will need to be 18 years of age or older. However, to participate in THC related activities, shopping, and lodging you need to be 21 years or older to participate.
Are tours and lodging really cannabis friendly?
Yes, we created the Green Leisure Club with the goal of providing activities, events, and lodging that would be inclusive and supportive of the cannabis community.
What states do you operate in?
Currently, we only provide adventure tours and lodging in Washington state. However, we sell our products across the USA. We plan to expand our tours and lodging to other locations where marijuana consumption is legal.
When is my order shipped?
Weather permitting, we ship your orders within 2-business days of your order. However, packages will usually take 7 to 10-business days to arrive at your address. Nonetheless, you can track your order by visiting https://www.greenleisure.club/order-tracking/.
When do subscription boxes ship?
Weather permitting, we ship subscription boxes after the 15th of each month. Quarterly subscription boxes are shipped on the 15th of January, April, July, and October. Thus, allowing for the subscription box to arrive at your address the first week of the following month. However, if there is a delay in shipping we will let you know.
What are my payment options?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Also, we accept cryptocurrency payments such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Cannabiscoin.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes, we don’t store any of your credit card information. Furthermore, our payment processor, Square, handles your card information. Also, we will never share your personal information with anyone else.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship internationally on all products! However, we do follow the laws of each country for Cannabis, CBD, Hemp products. Thus, we are not able to sell or ship to countries that prohibit the selling and distribution of Cannabis, CBD, or Hemp products.
How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved to your account. Also, when you check out you have the option to amend it if needed. However, if you would like to change your shipping address now you can do so in your account page.
Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, all orders that are more than $59 qualify for free shipping. However, subscription boxes already include free shipping as part of the membership. Nonetheless, items that are shipped outside of the United States do incur a customs fee.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns can be made on products that arrive damaged. Also, we accept returns on products that arrive and are not as described. However, return requests must be made within 10-days of receiving the product. Nonetheless, you can begin the return process by visiting your dashboard.
What is Hemp?
Hemp plants are high in CBD and low in THC (less than 0.3%). It is the fiber of the cannabis plant, extracted from the stem and used to make rope, strong fabrics, fiberboard, and paper. It can also be used to produce CBD oil.

THC is short for tetrahydrocannabinol. THC is known to treat a number of diseases and ailments, and it is exceptionally effective. And yes, this is the stuff that gets you high.

CBD is short for cannabidiol. CBD is known to alleviate anxiety and inflammation without getting you high. And it’s not addictive like some prescription anxiety medications can be.

Will in person services continue during COVID-19?
We pride ourselves in providing high quality services. However, in order to support the flattening of the curve we have decided to suspend in-person direct services until further notice. Our services will return to normal operations once the social distancing order has been lifted.
